Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, following Individualized Service Plans, and promoting safety and dignity. Engage with residents daily while fostering a welcoming and clean workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Document changes in Individualized Service Plans
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence
- Engage residents in conversation and activities
- Support dining services and maintain cleanliness Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED; 18 years or older
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion and reliability in caregiving
- Strong communication skills
