Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a Program Assistant to support the daily operations of Phoenix Pathways and assist clients by providing day-to-day physical, emotional, and social supports, life skills assistance, information, resources, and demonstrations, in accordance with pre-established care schedules. The role aims to keep a safe, well-maintained setting. The position reports to the Sr. Manager and requires a Grade 12, a Community Social Service certificate, and at least one year of relevant
