This role offers an energizing opportunity to contribute to a clean, safe, and professional environment. As a vital part of our facilities maintenance team, you’ll perform commercial cleaning tasks that ensure our office spaces are pristine and well-maintained, supporting a productive atmosphere for all staff and visitors.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, floors, windows, and common spaces during evening hours
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by sanitizing fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring hygiene standards are met
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop hard floors to uphold high standards of cleanliness
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies
- Conduct routine checks on cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any maintenance needs promptly




- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning chemicals responsibly to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with light facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support overall building upkeep

Skills

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work standards
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting supplies
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
