Location: Brampton, ON. Job Type: Full-time. We are looking for an experienced Chinese Food Cook / Chef to join our restaurant team in Brampton. Responsibilities / 工作职责: Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes / 制作和烹饪正宗中餐; Wok cooking, stir-fry, noodles, rice, meat and vegetable dishes / 熟练炒锅、炒菜、面条、炒饭、肉类和蔬菜菜品; Prepare ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep / 负责备料及日常厨房准备工作; Maintain consistent food quality and presentation / 保证菜品质量和出品标准; Maintain a clean and organized kitchen / 保持厨房干净整洁; Follow food safety and sanitation standards / 遵守食品安全及卫生标准; Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy periods / 在繁忙时段与厨房团队高效配合.

Requirements / 职位要求: Previous Chinese restaurant cooking experience is required / 必须有中餐馆厨师工作经验; Solid wok cooking skills preferred / 有熟练炒锅经验者优先; Reliable, punctual and hardworking / 工作认真、守时、可靠; Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required / 能根据需要上晚班、周末及节假日班;

Food Handler Certificate is an asset / 有食品安全证书者优先. Pay / 薪资: Competitive, based on experience / 薪资根据经验面议.
