Experienced Foundation Labourer

Marshall Construction Company is hiring an Experienced Foundation Labourer to join our growing team in Red Deer County, AB.

We are looking for a reliable, safety-focused foundation labourer, concrete labourer, or construction labourer with foundation experience who wants to build a long-term career and advance through Carpenter Apprenticeship opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Install, strip, and maintain concrete forms
- Pour and vibrate concrete
- Cut, tie, and place rebar
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Assist Foremen and crew members with daily construction activities

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of foundation construction experience (other construction experience may be considered)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Robust work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to perform demanding physical labour and lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)




- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test if needed

Schedule

- Full-time, year-round employment
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday work as required
- Overtime opportunities at peak season

Travel Some projects require travel within and outside Alberta.
