TrashThat is a current junk-removal company based in Port Moody, serving 11 municipalities across Metro Vancouver. We’re hiring a full-time, experienced crew member who understands the daily routines of professional junk removal and takes pride in doing the job properly.

Experience with 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, 505-Junk or another professional junk-removal company is welcome.

WHAT YOU BRING

Hands-on experience with:

- Preparing tools, protective equipment and the truck for the day.
- Assessing jobs, access, labour and disposal needs.
- Explaining quotes within company pricing guidelines and confirming the agreed work with customers.
- Safely moving bulky items, protecting property, and loading and securing materials efficiently.
- Sorting loads and using local recycling, donation and disposal facilities.
- Recognizing restricted materials, unsafe conditions and work requiring further approval.
- Handling customer questions, payments, job notes and disposal receipts.
- Completing cleanup and preparing equipment for the next shift.





You should be dependable, communicate clearly, work well in a two-person crew and be comfortable with physical work, stairs and outdoor conditions.

PAY AND GROWTH

Base pay: $25–$28 per hour, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated skills.

As the business grows, there will be opportunities to earn greater responsibility and advance into crew leadership. We’re also developing a cash profit-sharing program for eligible team members, with details discussed during hiring.
