Experienced Landscaper (West & North Vancouver)

ALIDADE LANDSCAPING is a small landscaping company working mostly in West and North Vancouver. We're looking for an experienced landscaper who can read a site, get to work, and take pride in the finished job.

We keep our crew small, so you won't be a number here. You'll work closely with the owner, have a real say in how jobs get done, and see projects through from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

- Landscape installs, including planting, soil prep, sod, mulch and drainage
- Hardscape work such as paver patios, walkways, retaining walls and rockwork
- Garden and property maintenance: pruning, hedge trimming, lawn care and seasonal cleanups
- Installing landscaping features, like artificial turf and building dry rivers
- Operating and looking after equipment, and loading and towing trailers
- Keeping sites tidy and treating clients' homes and properties with respect

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of hands-on landscaping experience
- Comfortable working on steep, sloped properties and in wet North Shore weather
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work full days outdoors
- Reliable, on time, and able to work without constant direction
- Your own work boots and rain gear

Nice to have




- Experience running a mini excavator, skid steer or plate compactor
- Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence and a clean driving record
- Irrigation experience
- BC Pesticide Applicator Certificate
- Red Seal Landscape Horticulturist ticket (or working toward one)
- Valuable plant knowledge for coastal BC gardens

Pay and details
- $25 per hour to start and can go up quickly, depending on experience
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Saturdays optional)
- Seasonal, March to November]
- Start date: ASAP
