Xico Enterprises Inc. is a professional painting contractor serving Victoria and surrounding areas. Our team brings more than 17 years of industry experience across residential and commercial painting.

Our projects include custom homes, high-end residential work, renovations, strata properties, and commercial and institutional projects.

We care about how the work gets done. Proper preparation, clean job sites, good communication, respect for the client's property, and taking responsibility for the final result are all part of the job.

What You'll Be Doing

Our painters work on interior and exterior residential and commercial projects.

Your work may include

- Surface preparation, scraping, sanding, patching, filling,



and repairs
- Caulking, masking, and protecting surrounding areas
- Priming
- Cutting, rolling, brushing, and finishing
- Spraying when required and when qualified
- Completing touch-ups and deficiencies to company standards
- Maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Identifying and communicating site conditions before they become problems

What We Expect
- Minimum 2 years of professional painting experience preferred
- Strong preparation and finishing skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Greater Victoria
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Good time management and consistent productivity
- Reliability, punctuality, and professional conduct
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the trade
- Willingness to follow Xico's safety, quality, and project standards

Experience with spraying, high-end finishes, commercial projects, or leading other painters is an asset. What You Can Expect From Xico

Schedule Primarily full-time day shifts, approximately 8 hours per day.

Longer shifts or overtime may occasionally be required depending on project schedules and seasonal demand.
