Job Title: RIBO License Instructor / Tutor - Crash Course & Exam Prep (In Office)

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable RIBO Licensed Instructor to help students prepare and pass their RIBO licensing exam.

This role is for training future brokers, not servicing clients. If you are passionate about teaching and know the RIBO material inside and out, this is for you.

Requirements - MUST HAVE:

- Must be RIBO Licensed - Mandatory
- Must have in-depth knowledge of the RIBO Level 1 course material and exam format
- Previous experience as a RIBO tutor, instructor, or senior broker who has trained new brokers is required
- Excellent communication, explanation, and presentation skills
- Must be patient and able to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms

What You Will Be Doing:
- Conduct extensive tutoring sessions for students preparing for their RIBO exam




- Deliver a structured RIBO Crash Course covering all exam topics
- Prepare study guides, practice questions, mock exams, and review sheets

- Help students with
- Ontario Auto Insurance (OAP 1, coverage, endorsements, liability)
- Property Insurance (homeowners, tenants, condo, commercial basics)
- Liability and other insurance types
- RIBO Act, Regulations, and Ethics
- Underwriting, claims, and insurance principles
- Track student progress and provide one-on-one support to students who need extra help
- Teach exam strategies, time management, and how to handle multiple-choice questions

Ideal Candidate
- You have passed your own RIBO exam with strong knowledge and can teach it
- You are organized, reliable, and can run a classroom-style crash course
- You genuinely want to see students pass and get licensed

Job Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours for crash courses may be required)

- Compensation: Salary - Based on experience (Competitive)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
