Suncrest College welcomes applications for the position of Facilitator, Skills for Success in the Moving Towards Employment program. This is a Part time, Term position (total contract: 493 hours) starting as soon as possible until February 26, 2027, in Kamsack, SK.
The Opportunity: Under the supervision of the Senior Coordinator, Community & Employment Programs, this position is primarilyresponsible for developing, coordinating, delivering and facilitating the classroom component of various programs. The program goal is to help build workforce skills withinparticipants.
Requirements
Two-year post-secondary diploma or equivalent in Human or Social Services or Behavioral Sciences field or a journeyperson trade certificate.
Two years demonstrated experience providing leaners with the skills required to provide career information, to effectively liaise with employers or funding agencies and to develop needs-based approaches to workshop development and delivery within Essential Skills programming.
Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required.
Demonstrated experience working in a cross-cultural environment.
