- Manage all Fairs & Events shipments' documentation
- Coordinate timely customs clearance and freight bookings
- Prepare manifests and manage onsite operations
- Maintain financial oversight including billing and collections
- Follow up on exhibitor lists to secure new business Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent education
- Over 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding
- Strong communication skills
