As the Family Intervention Program Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of vital family services in partnership with the Government of Alberta.

With strong leadership, you'll oversee a multidisciplinary team including Family Support Workers and Intake Workers. Your leadership will ensure compliance with legislation and enhance child safety and family functioning. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement annual operational plans with set goals
- Monitor compliance with funder requirements and organizational standards




- Liaise with Children's Services for collaborative case management
- Ensure families' input and feedback on services provided
- Update knowledge on Family Support and Cultural Responsiveness practices Requirements:
- University Degree in Social Work or related field
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- Registration with Alberta College of Social Workers (if applicable)
- Robust communication skills and self-management abilities
