Become a Family Support Worker II at Taproot Community Support Services, dedicated to aiding families and youth in High Prairie and Slave Lake. This full time role embraces flexibility and in-depth community engagement. In this role, you will provide therapeutic interventions to support families and children using the Signs of Safety approach.

Key duties include managing individualized care plans and ensuring ongoing communication with families to foster their development. Collaborating with community services, you’ll work to enhance interpersonal skills and community ties. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver responsive support to families and youth
- Manage and implement service plan objectives
- Build relationships that encourage family empowerment
- Facilitate community visits, including evenings and weekends

- Degree/diploma in Social Work or Human Services
- 2 years' experience working with families
