As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, taking charge of financial activities across the organization.

This role involves managing accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls, ensuring the integrity of financial information and effective decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver strategic insights aligned with Montrium's objectives. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan monthly and annual financial closings for the Group
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports
- Oversee accounts receivable,



payable, and payroll operations
- Coordinate tax return preparation and compliance activities
- Promote internal controls and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements:
- Degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- CPA designation or equivalent experience is a robust asset
- 5 to 7 years in financial accounting and reporting
- Working knowledge of SAGE and advanced Excel skills
