We are seeking a Financial controller with a solid accounting background and system implementation experience to support a SAP S/4HANA deployment. This individual will act as the key finance representative throughout the project, partnering with Finance, IT, consultants, and business process owners to ensure finance requirements, controls, and processes are successfully integrated into SAP.

Responsibilities include leading finance testing and user acceptance activities, supporting data migration, driving process documentation and knowledge transfer, guiding change management and user adoption, and providing post go-live support through stabilization and hypercare. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in finance operations, ERP implementations, stakeholder management, and process improvement, with the ability to lead teams and drive successful business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the Finance SME throughout the SAP implementation, supporting deployment, go-live, hypercare, stabilization, and future system enhancements.
- Partner with Finance, IT, business process owners, and external consultants to ensure successful delivery of SAP Finance solutions that meet business requirements and comply with finance controls.
- Review, harmonize, and optimize finance and accounting processes, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices, Group standards, and internal controls.
- Lead finance testing activities, including test planning, execution, UAT, issue resolution, and user sign-off.
- Manage finance data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, reconciliation,



and loading of financial data.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge transfer materials while supporting user training and adoption.
- Drive change management initiatives and provide guidance to key users throughout the implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across finance processes while supporting the capture of key finance structures and processes, including the chart of accounts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 6+ years as a controller or related accounting experience, ideal range 8-10 years
- Proven experience in ERP implementation projects, ideally SAP S/4HANA but open to other (its more foundational
- Knowing data, accounting flow, processes, etc)
- Strong accounting background.
- Good understanding of finance processes, internal controls, and reporting requirements.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment.
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
