We believe entrepreneurs can change the world. Our role is to help them through their financial blind spot with intuitive financial information for better decision-making. For entrepreneurs to change the world, we must change how financial information is managed and delivered. In a survey of over 10,000 SME owners, 40% of entrepreneurs think accounting and taxes are the worst part of owning a business.

The result is almost always avoidance of all things accounting leading to a financial crisis. But there is a better way. It’s what we do and it’s different from what’s out there.

What we do

We outsource accounting departments for service-based businesses between $2mm and $15mm in revenue. While we handle the day-to-day bookkeeping and controllership function for our clients, we stand apart through our:

- Translation of accounting jargon into entrepreneurial language making it understandable and actionable for the entrepreneur.

Our starting wage for a Level one controller is $75,000.00 a year as you work your way up the three levels you have the opportunity to make up to $105,000.00 a year as a Level three controller. All controllers start at level one.
