What you will do

Build robust relationships with clients by providing friendly and professional service





Understand client needs and recommend suitable banking products and solutions

Assist clients with everyday banking transactions, account services, and financial questions

Provide guidance on banking options that support clients personal and financial goals

Identify opportunities to connect clients with additional RBC specialists when needed

Handle client requests efficiently while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Maintain a high level of service by listening, understanding, and responding to client needs

Stay informed about RBC products, services, and industry developments

Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming branch experience
