We are seeking an experienced Flat Roofer with strong hands-on experience in asphalt roofing systems and torch-down modified membrane roofing. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently and as part of a roofing crew while maintaining high safety and workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and maintain flat roofing systems.

- Perform torch-down modified bitumen membrane installations.

- Work with asphalt-based roofing systems.

- Remove and replace damaged or existing roofing materials.

- Prepare roof surfaces before membrane installation.

- Apply primers, adhesives, asphalt, membranes, and flashing materials.

- Complete seams, flashing, penetrations, edges, and waterproofing details.

- Inspect roofing systems and identify leaks or damaged areas.

- Use roofing tools, torches, and equipment safely.





- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

- Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of skilled flat roofing experience.

- Strong experience with torch-down membrane roofing is required.

- Strong knowledge of asphalt roofing systems.

- Experience with modified bitumen roofing systems.

- Ability to safely operate roofing torches and related equipment.

- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.

- Physically capable of lifting and handling roofing materials.

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the 3:00 PM 11:00 PM shift, Monday to Friday.

- Strong understanding of roofing safety procedures and PPE requirements.
