Flight Sciences Lead

We are seeking a

Flight Sciences Lead with

12–18+ years of aerospace experience to lead Aerodynamics, Aero-Loads, and Flight Dynamics activities for new aircraft development (NPD)

programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the

Flight Sciences IPT and cross-functional engineering teams.

- Drive aerodynamics, CFD, aero-loads, flight dynamics, stability & control, and aircraft performance

.

- Lead aerodynamic design, CFD analysis, aircraft performance, and loads envelope development.

- Support gust/maneuver loads, wind tunnel testing, flight testing, and model validation

.

- Support

FAA/EASA/DGCA certification and CS/FAR 23/25 requirements.

- Coordinate with Structures, Flight Controls, Propulsion, Avionics, and other teams.

- Support PDR/CDR, certification reviews,



proposals, and technical planning.

- Lead onsite/offshore engineering teams and customer technical interactions.

Must Have:

- 12–18+ years Aerospace experience

- Flight Sciences, Aerodynamics, Aero-Loads & Flight Dynamics

- Stability & Control

- Aircraft NPD / Recent Aircraft Development – Mandatory

- CFD & Aircraft Performance

- IPT / Cross-functional Team Leadership

Preferred:

ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, MATLAB/Simulink, Wind Tunnel Testing, Gust/Maneuver Loads, Flight Simulation, FAA/EASA certification, Aeroelasticity, eVTOL/UAV/AAM.
