- Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries and orders
- Prepare rentals for event set-ups
-Event setup and pickup – You will need a valid Class 5 driver’s license and be comfortable driving a cargo van throughout the city as well as out of town events
- Arranging cut flower bouquets and bud vases according to recipes and instructions to conform to the standard and design style of Floral Fixx
- You will be required to fill in Time Tracking sheets to monitor productivity – Productivity targets will be monitored by the managers and targets must be met to advance to the next design level
-Temperature variations - You will need to be able to work in the flower cooler with a temperature controlled environment (between 3-7 degrees Celsius) at different intervals during the day -Pack floral arrangements and bouquets for the designers properly and securely
- Keep the store areas clean, organized and tidy
- You will need to learn the names of all of the varieties of flowers that we carry in the shop
- Ability to stand for your entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs periodically
-Must be able to take direction and work with a positive attitude
