Duties

- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport floral arrangements to residential and commercial locations.
- Load and unload flowers and related supplies, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps, adhering to delivery schedules.
- Communicate clearly with customers upon arrival, providing friendly and professional service.
- Assist with moving floral displays within the warehouse or delivery vehicle as needed, utilizing proper lifting techniques.




- Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts when necessary for loading or unloading large shipments.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain signatures or proof of delivery when required.

Skills

- Strong moving skills with the ability to lift heavy floral boxes and arrangements safely
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Prior commercial driving experience with a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and extended periods of standing or walking during deliveries.
- Background in warehouse operations or logistics is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence and safety compliance.
