Gilmore Printing Services is seeking a Folder Operator for the night shift (Monday to Thursday - 4PM to 2:30AM). Experience operating a folder is preferred - However we are willing to train a candidate with mechanical experience/skills. You will be trained to operate a multi-station folder in order to obtain maximum production according to established quality standards.
The ideal candidate:
- Must be mechanically inclined - Will train the right applicant
- Ability to set-up and run folder at peak efficiency while ensuring that all product meets or exceeds customer requirements considered an asset.
- Excellent attention to details and able to communicate well
- Able to work effectively in a team environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Mechanically inclined,
able to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform regular equipment maintenance
- Perform other duties as required by Management
