What You'll Do

- Operate and monitor food production equipment to ensure consistent quality output and effective production flow.
- Own shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities including product verification and accurate documentation.
- Conduct equipment checks and support maintenance teams by identifying and reporting mechanical issues.
- Lead sanitation and changeover procedures to maintain the highest food safety standards.
- Partner with team members to train and develop Food Center Associate I employees on safety practices and operational procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, HACCP, and regulatory requirements across all production activities.

What You Bring

- 1–3 years of experience in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Experience operating production equipment or machinery preferred.
- Basic understanding of food safety and quality control standards.
- Strong attention to detail and operational efficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.




- Comfortable working in refrigerated or production environments.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to train and support others.
