- 3+ years of leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
- Strong experience managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Solid knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Results-oriented with strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and build strong relationships.
- Comfortable making decisions and driving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to learning and contributing within a retail setting.

- Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
- Drive operational consistency through clear routines, coaching, and follow-up.
- Deliver an inspiring and seamless customer experience across all food areas.
- Monitor and act on key business KPIs, including sales, waste, productivity,
and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and effective stock management.
- Partner with store leaders to support overall store performance and customer experience.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Create an inclusive, safe, and engaging environment for co-workers.
