Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, installing, and repairing structural components using a range of materials, hand tools, and power tools. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of residential and commercial projects where precision, safety, and high-quality workmanship are essential.

Responsibilities

· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately complete framing and carpentry tasks.

· Construct and install wall frames, floors, ceilings, and other structural components using appropriate hand tools and power tools.

· Perform restoration work on existing structures, ensuring repairs meet safety standards and project specifications.

Requirements

· Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field,



with a strong understanding of framing techniques.

· Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.

· Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is considered an asset.

· Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.

· Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew that begins work at 7:30 a.m.

· Experience operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts or telehandlers, is considered an asset.

· Strong physical stamina, with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work safely at heights or in confined spaces.

· Excellent attention to detail and a robust commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.

· Current Working at Heights certification.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
