Human Resources Coordinator – Part-Time Trinity Janitorial Services & Supplies Inc.

Location: 617 Washington Avenue, Winnipeg, MB Hours: 8–10 hours per week Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour Schedule: Evenings and weekends Position: Part-time, in-office Trinity Janitorial Services & Supplies is looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on HR position focused primarily on recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding current employees.

Responsibilities - Review and pre-screen job applicants

- Contact qualified candidates and conduct initial screening
- Schedule interviews with prospective employees
- Conduct employee interviews
- Assist with candidate selection and hiring
- Complete new-hire paperwork and documentation
- Onboard new employees through our internal systems
- Set up and maintain employee information in Payworks
- Ensure recent employees have completed all required onboarding steps
- Maintain organized and accurate employee records
- Provide general HR and administrative support as required Requirements - Previous experience using Payworks is essential




- Previous HR, recruitment, interviewing, or employee onboarding experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a high volume of frontline employees
- Must be available evenings and weekends - Important – In-Office Position This is not a remote position. The successful candidate will be required to work from our office at: 617 Washington Avenue Winnipeg, Manitoba The position is approximately 8–10 hours per week, with flexibility in how those hours are scheduled during evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience. If you have hands-on HR/recruitment experience, are confident interviewing and onboarding employees, and have experience working with Payworks, we would like to hear from you.
