Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the structural framework of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Your expertise in reading blueprints, handling various hand and power tools, and working with heavy equipment will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Duties

- Interpret and accurately follow detailed blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to construct building frameworks.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing components using hand tools and power tools with precision.
- Perform concrete forming tasks and assist with concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishing materials to meet project specifications.
- Operate heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts safely to move materials in office.
- Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged framing or structural elements.




- Collaborate with other tradespeople including welders and carpenters to ensure seamless project execution.
- Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in carpentry or construction work, with a strong focus on framing projects.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, woodworking techniques, and heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, drywall installation, siding application, and concrete finishing is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with welding techniques for structural repairs or modifications is a plus.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, and working at heights.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Construction experience that demonstrates safety awareness and teamwork orientation.
