Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our energetic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and quality in every project.

Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
- Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior and interior finishing materials with precision.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts or cranes when necessary for material handling or structural assembly.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations or structural elements.
- Engage in restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures with attention to detail.
- Use welding techniques where required to join metal components securely.
- Lift heavy materials safely while adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury.

Requirements





- Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or construction work with a solid understanding of building processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and drywall installation.
- Experience with siding installation and exterior/interior finishing work.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights.
- Basic welding skills are a plus; willingness to learn or improve welding techniques is desirable.
- Valid construction or trade certification is preferred but not mandatory; relevant on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate.
