Our Montreal-based banking client is seeking an experienced French-speaking Business Analyst to support a major organizational integration program. Working within the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) IT team, the consultant will act as a liaison between business, operations and delivery teams.

This engagement requires three days onsite per week in Montreal.

Responsibilities

- Support Product Owners, business partners and IT teams with decisions and business deliverables.
- Define, plan and execute business analysis activities.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders.
- Perform impact assessments across end-to-end business processes.
- Gather, document and maintain business, stakeholder and process requirements.
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Define UAT scenarios and support users through testing, operational readiness and transition.




- Support Agile delivery and continuous process improvement.
- Contribute to AI-enabled improvements in business analysis and requirements gathering.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Fluency in French.
- Based in Montreal and able to work onsite three days per week.
- Banking industry experience.
- Content-management experience involving DocuSign, CMOD or FileNet.
- Solid business requirements gathering and documentation experience.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops.
- Experience with business-process and impact analysis.
- Experience supporting UAT, operational readiness and transition activities.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
