We are looking for someone who have experience with Front deck, WSIB/MVA Billing. PhysioON Wellness and Sports Clinic is a small business in Milton, ON L9T 9M1. We are professional, agile, and deliver the care that you deserve.

we are looking for someone to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3:30pm to 8:30pm. please apply with your availability.

As a front desk receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the clinic. Welcoming patients with a warm and professional demeanor, the receptionist establishes a positive first impression and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities encompass scheduling and confirming appointments, managing and admitting patient information and records, handling inquiries from patients, answering the phone, and monitoring the e-mail.



Additionally, the receptionist is responsible for collecting payments, and insurance billing for patients.

Maintaining the organization and tidiness of the reception area, managing front desk supplies, and providing administrative support.

Upholding patient confidentiality and handling emergencies or difficult situations with composure are crucial aspects of their responsibilities.

- The receptionist collaborates closely with physiotherapists to ensure effective communication and relaying pertinent patient information. Continuous learning and professional development are encouraged to stay updated on clinic policies and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency and positive atmosphere of the physiotherapy clinic.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
