At Auria Pilates, we are a premium boutique Pilates studio dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive, and elevated client experience. We specialize in private, semi-private, and small-group Pilates sessions, offering personalized guidance and thoughtful programming to help our clients build strength, confidence, and long-term wellness.

We are looking for a Front Desk & Sales Associate who is warm, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while confidently supporting sales and client growth.

What You’ll Do

1. Studio Operations

Prepare water and check equipment before classes

Maintain studio cleanliness throughout your shift

Assist with closing duties (cleaning bonus provided)

2. Client Experience

Greet clients in a friendly, professional manner

Assist with check-in and onboarding new clients

Build strong, genuine relationships with clients

Support clients in selecting memberships or merchandise

3. Sales & Conversion

Recommend suitable class packages and memberships

Follow up with

Trial clients (same day / next day)

Clients who have not returned

Clients with low or expired credits

Help convert first-time visitors into long-term members

4. Client Tracking (Very Important)

Update Google Sheets daily with:

Trial clients

Follow-ups

Conversion status

Maintain accurate and organized client records

Compensation & Incentives

Hourly Rate: $18–$20/hour





Commission

Memberships: 5%

Class Packages: 2%

Trial / Drop-in: 2%

Bonuses

Closing shift cleaning bonus (daily)

Tracking quality bonus

Sales milestone bonus (monthly reset)

Who We’re Looking For

Experience in fitness studio, wellness, or boutique retail sales is highly preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with sales conversations and follow-ups

Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible

Positive attitude and team player

Passion for fitness, wellness, or Pilates is a plus
