Front of House (Reception & Guest Experience)

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: 105-507 6 Ave S., Lethbridge, AB, T1J 4N6 (in-person)

Role Summary

Front of House is the first face our clients see and the last one they talk to, you set the tone for the entire Foxy Box experience. In this role you'll manage bookings and the daily flow of the shop, welcome every client like they're the reason you came to work, and help them find the services, packages, and products that actually fit them.

You'll also help share our shop with our local community through our social media. If you love people, love a busy day, and love making someone feel completely at ease, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer incoming calls, book and confirm appointments, and reply to emails
- Welcome every client warmly and set the tone for their visit
- Coordinate Vagician schedules and keep the day running on time




- Handle cash, process transactions, and balance the till
- Be knowledgeable of all services offered and recommend what genuinely suits each client
- Promote and sell retail products and memberships
- Receive, sort, and organize retail inventory
- Assist with shop cleaning and organization, keeping reception tidy and presentable
- Support local social media with capturing content in-shop, posting to Stories, and engaging with our local community online

A background in customer service, reception, hospitality, or social media is a excellent asset, but if your personality is right, we'll teach you the rest. We hire based on vibe and values, and we're fully prepared to train the right person. Compensation & Benefits
