Moxies St. John’s is looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our leadership team!
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and guest-focused leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and helping teams perform at their best.
What You’ll Do
- Support the management team with daily restaurant operations
- Lead, motivate, and coach Front of House team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support training and development of team members
- Help maintain Moxies standards for cleanliness, organization, and hospitality
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
