- Lead the Floor: Keep the dining room running smoothly during our busiest rush times.
- Wow Our Guests: Welcome customers with a warm, sunny attitude and make sure they have a amazing dining experience.
- Service Recovery: Save the day! If a guest is unhappy, you know exactly how to listen, fix the problem, and turn their experience around so they leave happy.
- Stay Organized: Manage staff schedules, track inventory, and keep the front of the house sparkling clean and organized.
- Bonus Points: Help us grow our online community by dropping ideas or content for our social media pages!

What We Are Looking For




- Fast-Paced Experience: You have proven experience managing a busy, high-volume restaurant floor.
- Cheerful & Outgoing Personality: You are naturally friendly, positive, and love talking to people.
- Organizational Master: You can multitask like a pro and never let details slip through the cracks.
- Expert Problem Solver: You stay calm under pressure and are a master at service recovery.
- Social Media Savvy (Plus): Experience creating fun posts on Instagram or TikTok is a huge plus!
