Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on product effects, consumption methods, and responsible use practices
- Operate POS systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability and presentation meet company standards
- Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending complementary items to enhance their experience
- Handle heavy lifting when stocking shelves or moving inventory safely and efficiently
- Document sales, customer interactions, and inventory movements accurately using computer skills and Microsoft Office tools

Requirements





- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality environments with strong communication skills in English
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math for transactions
- Ability to operate computers proficiently, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and inventory management software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for filing records and maintaining merchandising standards
- Capable of heavy lifting and physical activity required for stocking and product handling
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Leadership qualities or previous supervisory experience are advantageous but not mandatory
- Experience is a must.
