Wilson Learning Centre Administrative Assistant I Permanent full time - 37.5 hours per week Position to start as soon as possible . The successful candidate will be responsible for administrative support performing a variety of duties for the Principal, Vice-Principal(s), School Council and School Staff.

Preference Will Be Given To Those Applicants With

- previous administrative support experience.
- commitment to supporting a healthy work culture.
- receptionist experience (meeting, greeting, and directing people, answering telephone and giving messages to staff and students).
- an ability to create, modify or prepare documents such as letters, memos, handbooks, reports, forms, minutes, newsletters etc.
- photocopier and scanning experience.
- proficient use of Microsoft Office.

- experience in Google Suite.




- comfortable troubleshooting basic technology questions (inc. changing passwords, etc.).
- an ability to work well with staff and interact positively with students.

- an ability to multi-task.

Experience with some of the following would be nice to have:
- PowerSchool (student data / timetabling)
- Edsby (attendance / report cards)
- Google: including Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Classroom, and Forms

- Microsoft Office: including SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
- PASI (Alberta Education Provincial Student Information)
- Hour Zero (Occupational Health and Safety)
- FAME (District work order system)
