Cambridge Cardiac Care Centre is a full service non-invasive cardiology centre focused on prevention of cardiovascular illnesses, early & accurate diagnosis of cardiovascular risk & disease, as well as thorough & complete cardiovascular therapy & rehabilitation. education to help you heal yourself. Our state of the art cardiac testing facility will provide you with rapid & complete non-invasive on site cardiac investigations. Cambridge Cardiac Care Center is made of a multidisciplinary team and the cardiovascular technologist is an integral part of the office. The responsibilities of this job include the following:

12 LEAD ECG

HOLTER MONITORING AND SCANNING

AMBULATORY BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORING

STRESS TESTING & STRESS ECHO

CREATING REPORTS TO BE REVIEW BY CARDIOLOGIST

DOCUMENTATION

COLLABORATION WITH A MULTIDISCIPLINARY TEAM

ABILITY TO WEAR PPE FOR EXTEND PERIODS OF TIME

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS

COMPUTER LITERATE

Requirements:

- Completion of an accredited cardiovascular technologist program (New Grads Welcome)
- Registered with the Canadian Society of Cardiology Technologists (CSCT)
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment and related technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
- In good standing with the CSCT, OSCT or CCI.
- HCP LEVEL CPR
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
