Your role focuses on fostering participation and improving the quality of life for residents. In this full time position, you will assist in planning and facilitating activities tailored to residents' interests and care needs. You’ll collaborate with the Programs Manager and an interdisciplinary team to create a supportive environment. Documenting participation and outcomes while ensuring a clean and safe program area are essential responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and facilitate recreational and social programs
- Encourage resident social engagement and independence
- Provide support during activities for individuals and groups
- Document resident participation and track program outcomes
- Assist with setup and cleanup of program areas Requirements:
- Experience in recreational programming or a related field
