As a Mall Fundraiser, you'll be the friendly face representing some of Canada's leading charities. Every day, you'll meet new people, share inspiring stories, and invite shoppers to become monthly donors whose support creates lasting change in communities across the country.

What You'll Do

- Represent Up Fundraising and our charity partners with positivity, professionalism, and heart.
- Engage shoppers through genuine, friendly conversations.
- Share our partners’ missions and the impact of monthly giving.
- Inspire people to become monthly donors and create lasting change.
- Bring energy, empathy, and resilience to every interaction.
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for every shopper.
- Complete donor registrations using secure digital tools.
- Work toward individual and team fundraising goals.
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive and high energy team culture.

We're excited to meet people who have

- Customer-facing experience in sales, retail,



fundraising, hospitality, or promotions is an asset, but not required.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Confidence approaching and engaging with the public.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Passion for building connections and supporting meaningful causes.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
