Lead operations as a Garden Supplies Manager with GARDENWORKS, BC’s largest garden centre. Drive guest experiences, manage inventory, and ensure stunning displays in a full-time role. GARDENWORKS is seeking a passionate, hands-on retail leader for its Garden Supplies & Pottery department.

This full time position requires a minimum of three years of retail experience, ideally in gardening or home improvement. You will oversee daily operations, focusing on inventory management and exceptional guest service. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of Garden Supplies & Pottery departments
- Execute product flow processes, including receiving and merchandising
- Ensure displays are fully stocked and presentation-ready




- Utilize POS system for inventory management and reports
- Monitor inventory movement and communicate with the Purchasing team Requirements:
- Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably gardening
- Strong customer service and communication skills required
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to analyze sales and inventory data
