We are a general contracting company that works within government, institutional, commercial and industrial facilities. Our office is located in Richmond Hill. We are looking for an estimator that has general knowledge of the construction industry, has a understanding of reading drawings/specifications, create schedules, able to do take-offs on all aspects of the project and able to create spreadsheets using Excel and other Microsoft office programs.
Duties will include review drawings/specifications once received, creating estimates, inviting appropriate subtrades and aiding in creating closeout binders for completed project.
