The Canadian National Institute of Health (CNIH),an accredited private dental hygiene college located in Ottawa’s ByWard Market, is seeking a Licensed Dentist to join our clinical education team as a Clinic Instructor. This role involves supervising dental hygiene students during client care clinics and supporting their clinical learning and professional development.

Schedule

· Mondays: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM

· Wednesdays: 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise and mentor dental hygiene students during clinical client care sessions

· Provide guidance, feedback, and evaluation to support student learning and competency development

· Ensure compliance with clinic policies, infection prevention and control protocols, and regulatory standards

· Maintain a safe, skilled, and supportive clinical learning environment

· Collaborate with instructors, clinic coordinators,



and administration to support program delivery

Qualifications

· Current registration with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO) in good standing

· Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience as a licensed dentist

· Current certifications in:

o BLS o WHMIS o OHSA training

Pay: $73.80-$73.90 per hour
