Entry-Level General Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Entry-Level General Labourer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in construction, renovations, property maintenance, and general contracting.

The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, comfortable working with their hands, and eager to learn. Previous construction experience is an asset but not required — we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

- Assist with residential and commercial renovation and construction projects
- Support experienced contractors and trades with day-to-day tasks
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and tools
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, cleanup, and general labour
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Assist with basic repairs, installations, and property maintenance
- Pick up or deliver materials when required
- Follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
- Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as experience grows

Qualifications
- No previous construction experience required
- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual,



and able to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting and working on your feet throughout the day
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Valid driver’s licence and car
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is an asset
