Klaviyo is seeking a Director, Global Field Enablement to shape enablement strategy across sales, customer success, partnerships, and GTM. You will own KPI frameworks, lead a globally distributed team, and drive adoption of AI-enabled tools to accelerate ramp and productivity.
You’ll partner with GTM operations, product marketing, and marketing to design scalable enablement programs, playbooks, and certifications that align with Klaviyo’s Sales Methodology and growth objectives.
