WSP seeks a Senior Director to lead Corporate Compensation & Programs Delivery, overseeing ESPP and LTIP platforms globally. You will set governance, manage annual cycles, and coordinate with HR leaders and external partners to drive executive compensation initiatives. Based at the Montreal head office with hybrid work options, you will collaborate with regional Total Rewards teams and stakeholders worldwide to optimize governance and reporting for the CD&A; and proxy materials.
