Pokémon, One Piece & Collectibles - Old Montreal Office (2–3 days/week in-office) - Part-Time Contract

About Kolléct Inc.

Kolléct Inc. is a fast-growing Canadian importer of Pokémon, One Piece, and many other trading card games, and collectibles. We also specialize in graded cards (slabs) and sell DTC via live selling. We're a passionate team focused on providing great value for our clients.

If you love the hobby, this is an opportunity to turn that passion into a career, whether you're starting part-time, as a side hustle, or looking to grow with a company that's building something exciting in the TCG and collectibles space.

The Role

As our Graphic Designer / Content Creator, you'll shape how Kolléct looks and feels across every touchpoint, from social media graphics, ads and product listings to packaging, event materials, and livestream assets. You'll work closely with our team to produce visuals that are sharp, on-brand, and built to convert. This role is part-time (2-3 days per week) based out of our Old Montreal office at least 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Design graphics for social media, email, and marketing campaigns across our Website, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Create thumbnails, banners, backgrounds, and on-screen assets for live selling. Support product photography and listing visuals for singles, sealed product, and graded slabs.

Design print and digital materials for events, prereleases, and trade shows. Maintain and evolve Kolléct's visual brand identity across all platforms.

Collaborate with the live selling and sales teams to turn product drops and promotions into compelling visual content.

Occasionally assist with short-form video editing (pack openings, pulls, highlight reels).

Compensation

This is a paid position with a rate based on experience, with room to grow as your role expands. Can begin part-time or as a side hustle, with a path to full-time.

Must-Have Qualifications

Proven graphic design skills and a portfolio showing your work (social, branding, packaging, or similar). Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva/Figma. Video editing skills (Premiere, CapCut, or similar) for short-form content. A good eye for on-brand, scroll-stopping visual content. Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment. Able to be in our Old Montreal office 2–3 days per week.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with or interest in Pokémon, One Piece, or other TCG/collectibles. Experience designing for e-commerce or livestream platforms (WhatNot, eBay Live, Shopify). Photography skills, especially product photography.
