Graphic Designer — Restaurants & Hospitality

INK Entertainment Group | Toronto, ON | Full-Time, Permanent

Create the Experience. Shape the Visual Identity. Bring World-Class Brands to Life.

Since 1982, INK Entertainment Group has been Canada's leading lifestyle, hospitality, and entertainment company. Founded by Charles Khabouth and led alongside President Danny Soberano, INK has spent four decades reading the pulse of culture and responding with concepts that define the cities they live in.

Headquartered in Toronto and Miami, our portfolio spans restaurants, nightlife, hotels, festivals, and galleries—including Amal, Akira Back, Kōst, Daphne, Sofia, Bar Romy, Beso by Patria, Primadonna, Vinny, Honey More Than Chinese, Melani, STORYS Building, Portland Room, and Little Baba, alongside nightlife destinations Rebel, Cabana, and DPRTMNT, and Veld, Canada's largest electronic music festival. Every INK venue has its own personality, guest, and voice. Protecting and evolving these brands is what this team excels at.

We are looking for a talented, creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Toronto. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and nightlife, paired with a sharp eye for creating work that feels sophisticated, current, and culturally relevant.

This is a hands-on production and concept role: you will take briefs from the Marketing Director and turn them into finished creative—menus, campaigns, social assets, signage, event collateral, and everything in between—across over a dozen distinct brands.

As Graphic Designer, you will sit at the visual core of INK's hospitality and restaurant portfolio.

Working on-site in Toronto, you will collaborate closely with marketing, social media, video, and operations teams to translate brand strategies into striking visual assets. You'll move seamlessly between high-volume print production (like seasonal menus and venue signage) and dynamic digital campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the premium standards of our venues.

What You'll Do:

Brand & Concept Design

- Develop and execute engaging, culturally relevant creative across restaurants, bars, nightlife, and lifestyle brands.
- Design and update menus across the restaurant portfolio—food, beverage, wine, tasting, brunch, and seasonal features, including accessible web versions.
- Support the development and evolution of visual identities across multiple restaurant and hospitality concepts.
- Work within established brand guidelines for each venue while pushing fresh,

innovative ideas that move those brands forward.

Digital & Print Production

- Design social media assets, digital ads, promotional campaigns, email graphics, and website creative.
- Create menus, signage, promotional materials, event collateral, and other print applications with precise specs.
- Manage and organize structured production files, spec sheets, and vendor handoffs for seamless print execution.
- Adapt creative across multiple formats, placements, and platforms while maintaining strict brand consistency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Collaborate with marketing, social media, photography, video, and venue operations teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
- Stay current with trends in food, hospitality, design, fashion, nightlife, and social media to keep creative fresh and impactful.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects, deadlines, and brands simultaneously.

What We're Looking For: We are looking for a visual storyteller who balances sharp conceptual thinking with fastidious production standards.

You bring

- Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, nightlife, lifestyle, or entertainment.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a strong understanding of print production processes.
- Tech & AI Literacy: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and comfort with current AI creative tools (with the judgment to know when to use them).
- Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, layout, branding, and digital design with sharp attention to detail and visual hierarchy.
- Organization: Exceptional file management, time-management skills, and the ability to balance multiple brand priorities at once.
- Culture Fit: A genuine interest in restaurants, hospitality, culture, design, and visual storytelling.
- Flexibility: Availability that mirrors the business; occasional evening, weekend,

or event-day support may be required for urgent changes.
- Portfolio Requirement: A portfolio link is required to be considered for this role.

Assets:

- Experience with After Effects, motion design, Premiere Pro, Figma, or Blender.
- Background in photography, retouching, or photo direction.
- Prior experience in fast-moving consumer brand, retail, or hospitality environments.

Why Join INK Entertainment Group? At INK, you will work across one of North America's most recognized hospitality and lifestyle portfolios in a fast-moving, high-energy creative environment.

- Benefits: Comprehensive health and dental benefits coverage.
- Perks Program: Full enrollment in INK's Perkopolis perk program.
