Position Overview

Graze Craze Oakville is looking for professional and driven minded people with EXCELLENT customer service skills to join our team as Catering and Charcuterie Specialist (Grazologists™), full-time & part-time, at our Graze Craze location.

As a Grazologist™, you’ll help create our signature charcuterie boards, boxes, cups and grazing tables - while providing exceptional customer experiences. This role is hands-on, creative, and fast paced. You’ll prep ingredients, assemble boards, assist customers, support events and workshops, and occasionally help with social media content or outreach to local businesses.

Duties/Responsibilities

- Working the Front of House which includes answering incoming telephone calls, providing customer service, and operating the register (POS System)
- Prepare and assemble beautiful grazing tables, charcuterie boards, and food displays (training provided)
- Operate commercial kitchen tools, including a meat slicer, food processor and convection oven to prep ingredients
- Support with local deliveries and offsite events
- Ensure that all food items are handled and prepared safely and adhere to food safety regulations
- Capture simple photos/videos for social media
- Assist with catering events by setting up and arranging food displays on-site
- Maintain cleanliness,



organization of incoming orders, and safety in the workplace
- Support the team with flexibility, positivity and a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, team oriented and able to work under deadlines
- Creative and organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Flexible availability (mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays)
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable wearing many hats
- Willingness to learn

Bonus Skills
- 2+ years of customer service, retail, food service, or events background
- ServSafe certified
- Social media or content creation and editing experience a big plus

Schedule
- Versatile with hours
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Weekday shifts are between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts are between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- May need to work outside of these hours for special events/busy seasons

Compensation
- Per hour (based on experience)
