Become a vital team member at Lufa Farms as a Greenhouse Aide. With full training provided, including First Aid, immerse yourself in hands-on work caring for our urban farms. This full-time role involves physical labor, harvesting veggies, and performing crop work within a hot and humid greenhouse. No previous experience is required! You’ll work alongside experts and engage in daily tasks like seeding and plant maintenance while ensuring a top-quality yield. Key Responsibilities:

- Harvest vegetables and crops efficiently
- Engage in crop maintenance activities daily
- Collaborate with Plant Science experts on biocontrol
- Maintain cleanliness of the greenhouse and tools
- Participate in the weekend checklist rotation Requirements:
- Ability to endure eight hours of physical labor
