YVR Skylynx is expanding and in search for a friendly, outgoing, and driven candidate to join our Guest Services Team as a Customer Success Representative!

YVR Skylynx is the premier shuttle bus service connecting people and travelers between YVR Vancouver Airport, Downtown Vancouver, Squamish, and Whistler. YVR Skylynx operates a daily high-frequency shuttle service and takes pride in being the highest-rated Vancouver bus service to Whistler with our dedicated commitment to customer service and satisfaction. YVR Skylynx is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia and manages a Customer Service Kiosk and Call Centre at the airport.

This position will be based in the YVR Vancouver Airport in Richmond, BC.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to bus schedule information, ticket sales, and ticket time changes.
- Support customer requests and inquiries related to our bus services, timetable, and ticket sales.
- Offer guidance and recommendations on our available digital and website resources with the goal of making it fast, easy, and easy for our customers to book a ticket and ride with YVR Skylynx on their trip to Whistler.
- Maintain routine communication with our agency partners with their related ticket bookings and sales.




- Work well with our kiosk and operations team to act as a key contributing member of a collaborative and flexible Guest Services Team.

Job Requirements

- Post-secondary degree or certification in related field of study is desirable.
- Previous experience with customer service and call centre-related duties is preferred.
- Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smart phones, online tools, and applications.
- Projects a professional presence and have exceptional customer service when interacting with customers on the phone.
- Passionate commitment to helping customers.
- Resourceful self-starter with confidence to engage with customers.
- Readiness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team.
